Originally from France, Francois joined Eiffage in 1998 and the Eiffage in Canada team in 2019 as a strategic corporate decision-maker who manages overall operations and resources. 

He is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of domestic and international experience leading Heavy Civil construction projects, including tunnelling, wastewater treatment, bridge construction and commercial. 

Having been involved in all aspects of construction since the beginning of his career in 1991, Francois brings a vast repertoire of skills and knowledge to direct the company’s growth and success.

A veteran of the construction industry, Dennis is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has spent the past 25 years leading some of Canada’s largest construction companies.

Dennis has served as CFO since 2014, and oversees all financial reporting, treasury, risk management and information technology activities.

A seasoned financial professional, Dennis has extensive experience in corporate financing, joint ventures,  mergers & acquisitions and systems implementations.  His understanding of the operational and financial aspects of the business is instrumental in enhancing our enterprise value.

Devin’s fondness for Human Resources  and People Management was clear from her first experience working at the family business. She quickly learned employees are the intangible life force of the company. Her golden rule,  treat others the way you want to be treated. Devin has worked in various industries over the last two decades, but HR and people management remain constant.

People management is about recognizing and valuing diversity, valuing people, and recognizing them for their skills, experience and talent.

Her mission is to contribute to Eiffage’s continued success by providing a  total employee experience, encapsulating the employee journey, and offering a robust HR program that recognizes, appreciates and elevates Canada’s diverse workforce!

There are two critical functions in a construction company: winning the work and building the work. Pierric’s portfolio includes both. He has over 13 years of international and Canadian construction industry experience. 

As General Manager, Pierric leads the Estimating & Pre-planning  Department and understands the client’s requirements, explores their construction drawings and specifications and determines the most practical and cost-effective methods for estimating the costs and safely performing the work. 

Pierric also leads the procurement and purchase strategy and is looking to build strong partnerships through Strategic, Preferred Suppliers and Approved Supplier relationships.
