This Website accessible at http://www.eiffage.ca/ (hereinafter the "Website") is published and managed by EIFFAGE INFRASTRUCTURES GESTION ET DÉVELOPPEMENT - general partnership with capital of 50,000 euros - 433 736 170 Versailles Trade and Companies Register - FR 82 433 736 170 - 3-7 place de l’Europe 78140 Vélizy-Villacoublay (hereinafter "EIGD").
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "TCU"). In accessing the site by any means whatsoever (PC, smartphone, tablet etc.) the User acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Use and agrees to abide by them.
1-Definitions
The terms hereafter are to be understood strictly according to the meaning provided by the following definitions, whether used in the singular or plural:

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE REGARDING THE VALIDITY, EXECUTION INTERPRETATION OR BREACH OF THE TCU AGREED BETWEEN EIGD AND THE USER, EVEN IN CASES OF MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS, FAILING AMICABLE AGREEMENT EXPRESS JURISDICTION IS GRANTED TO THE FRENCH COURTS NOTWITHSTANDING MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS OR A THIRD-PARTY CLAIM, EVEN FOR EMERGENCY OR PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN A SUMMARY PROCEDURE OR PETITION.
